Online Returns Policy
We want to find a new home for your activewear, which is why we request that all items are returned in original, unworn condition with tags attached. That means items returned with makeup stains or sweat patches from those HIIT sessions will not be accepted and will be returned to you!

Please note, unfortunately we cannot accept returns from other than athletikausa.com

CONDITIONS OF RETURN
Please ensure the below conditions are met, before submitting your return request:
• ALL SALE ITEMS 50% OR ABOVE ARE FINAL SALE AND NOT ELIGIBLE FOR RETURNS.
• The item/s were purchased from athletikausa.com
• The item/s are in their original conditions: Unworn, not altered and/or washed.
• Your order can be returned to us within (14) days from your delivery date.
Any items that do not meet this criteria will not be valid for any return. Any items returned to athletikausa.com can be returned at the customers expense. (WE DO NOT PROVIDE SHIPPING LABEL FOR RETURNS.)

FULL PRICED ITEMS
Items that have been purchased at full price, are eligible for a REFUND or store credit.

PROMOTIONAL CODES AND SALE ITEMS
Items that have been purchased during a promotional sale using a coupon code or discount applied at checkout (E.g. Black Friday & Cyber Monday or Flash Sale) are NOT eligible for a refund or store credit.

FINAL SALE
For all products marked with FINAL SALE, there is a strict no returns, exchange or refund policy. All items purchased in the athletikausa.com or at Warehouse Sale is final sale.

Returning your items online is super easy. Just follow our steps below.

Refund policy
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
